Chance

Life is full of twists and turns

to keep your mind in check.

It dances, blowing through the wind,

At your call and beck.

But while it can be wonderful,

its counterpart destroys.

With a body count and crazy pills,

You’ve got no time for boys.

But on the chance you’re not alone

In this battle meant for two.

For the one you thought dead long ago,

Might come back to you.
